This role stewards the details of grace in motion — so the church can gather and serve well.
02 The Heart of This Role
This role exists so the everyday operations of the campus run smoothly enough that people meet God without friction. You hold the details — events, logistics, and the Lead Pastor’s rhythm — so ministry can happen, and so guests and members alike sense the place was ready for them.
03 What You’ll Steward
Ownership at NorthRock is framed as stewardship — you carry these, you don’t merely execute them.
Events & Services — You steward the logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination behind services and events, so the experience carries the mission rather than the mechanics.
Executive Support to the Lead Pastor — You steward the Lead Pastor’s calendar, communication, and key priorities with discretion, helping protect focus for vision, teaching, and shepherding.
Campus Communication & Coordination — You steward the flow of information across teams and ministries as a central point of contact, so people stay aligned and informed.
A Welcoming Environment — You steward the facilities, supplies, and spaces so the campus is prepared, cared for, and hospitable.

06 How This Role Relates
Structures serve people. This clarity creates health, not gatekeeping.
Reports to: Lead Pastor — you help protect focus and bring order to the campus rhythm.
Stewards: Event volunteers and campus logistics — you coordinate the people and pieces that make gatherings work.
Decision pathway: You own the operational execution of campus events and executive support; vision and major direction sit with the Lead Pastor and leadership. When clarity is needed, you have direct relational access — structure never blocks communication.

The rhythm: Sundays are the anchor, with weekday preparation and occasional evenings or special events. Sunday-morning availability is essential.
