Serve Team Coordinator
Serving is intended to help people discover their gifts, find belonging, and grow in faith. You build and care for NorthRock’s volunteer community, creating clear pathways and healthy systems that help people serve with confidence, joy, and purpose.
Media & Content Coordinator
Sunday’s message should keep reaching people long after the service ends. You archive, reshape, and publish teaching across web, video, podcast, and social platforms—building a dependable content rhythm that carries the message throughout the week.
Kids Ministry Coordinator
This role exists so that every child is known by name, belongs before they believe, and is led toward Jesus — Sunday by Sunday. You build the team and shape the environment where that formation happens, and where parents are strengthened as their children’s primary spiritual leaders.
Social Media & Photography Coordinator
God is moving in ordinary and unforgettable moments across NorthRock. You capture those stories through thoughtful photography and an authentic social presence, helping people see what is happening here while keeping the church’s voice warm, honest, and recognizable.
